Risk and Waiver of Liability

Participation in an international program that requires air and/or ground travel, as well as field trips involves risks, which may result in damage to property, injury to persons, and death. All participants will be required to sign a statement acknowledging these risks and releasing the Fudan Program and its employees of all liability. These forms will be provided to all participants and will become part of your final acceptance into the program.
